"Recently, we went on a month long vacation and turned the house over to Twenty, the wonderful team of Amy, Kim, and Darcee. Our plan was to return to a home with refinished pine floors and a newly painted kitchen, cabinets included. We had used Twenty for home updating in the past, so trusted the group implicitly. We didn't ask HOW they could turn our desires into reality. We just knew they would!
Since every floor had to be sanded, stained, and finished, every piece of furniture (a first floor of approximately 1500 square feet) had to be moved - elsewhere. Among many other items, this included a four-poster king size bed, a queen-sized sleigh bed, bureaus and night tables, a heavy blanket chest, treasured paintings, a baby grand piano, and a delicate, antique grandfather clock along with couches, armchairs, lounger, dining tables and chairs, a massive, hand-crafted buffet, and, well, the list goes on.
Because of the dust from the sanding, every picture had to be removed from the walls. Every surface had to be covered, including the piano and grandfather clock, which could not be removed from the house and had to be shuttled back and forth between areas during the floor refinishing process.
When we returned to see our SPECTACULAR new floors, every stick of furniture and each wall hanging was back exactly where we had left it. There wasn't a single particle of dust anywhere or the slightest damage to any of our furniture.
We still do not know (nor do we want to!) exactly the HOW of Twenty's process. We simply know that their energy is vibrant and their work and care are impeccable.
